Site Planning

In this phase of work, we analyze information about the characteristics of the land to determine the best buildable area for structures and outdoor site elements, such as arenas, pastures, parking, trails, and roads. We determine the safest point to access the property and the vehicular, pedestrian, and horse circulation paths, and we translate the development program into specific building footprint areas.

Our task is to develop the best functional arrangement of uses on the site while assessing the site impact and developing possible alternatives to minimize cost or other issues. The end result of this phase of work is often an overall site master plan showing the built and natural elements.
