This six stall horse barn for private use on five acres includes an office/tack room, rest room, wash stall, shavings and hay storage. The sloping site required extensive grading and drainage to construct the road to access the barn site and to create a 90′ x 200′ outdoor riding arena. Work included soliciting bids from barn contractors, grading contractors, paving contractors, electricians and plumbers, and administering contracts. Completed September 1995.
