Terra de Bellos Cavalos Farm highlights the breathtaking views of California’s Sonoma Valley. The design and site plan for this new, private equestrian facility for the client’s Lusitano horses, features an 8-stall barn, a covered 84’ x 156’ arena, paddocks and pastures with run-in shelters, a greenhouse and round pen. Our task was to complete the site planning, permitting, design and construction drawings, as well as administrate the construction process. The permits required involvement of surveyors, geotechnical engineers and civil engineers in drainage and grading design for the entire site. Completed 2014.
