This eighty acre family farm is proposed to be developed into sixteen residential lots of 2.9 to 7.9 acres each, with the balance of the remaining site in common open space and the community center. The owners will share in the use of the perimeter trail system as well as the indoor and outdoor arena and community barn. The barn is served with a clubhouse/viewing room, storage areas, common pasture, and a caretaker residence. Residents can have either a barn and pasture on their own property or keep their horses under care at the community barn. A recreation center, pool, and playground are also offered for residents use.
