Master planning for an equine-centered residential development on a 2,200 acre ranch in south central Colorado. This equestrian community design will take existing ranch buildings and renovate them for community use with the addition of indoor and outdoor arenas, boarding barn, trails, and other non-horse oriented recreation areas. The headquarters site is designed to be developed in phases, with the potential to have a variety of horse shows and activities at the site. The horse show facilities include a 150′ x 300′ indoor arena with seating for 1,500 people. A restaurant/bar overlooks the arena from one end. The other end has pens to handle cows and bucking chutes for rodeo events. The outdoor arena of 200′ x 300′ also has grandstand seating for 3,000 as well as 200 show stalls.
