Equine Facility Design provided site and building design for a 20 – stall barn, equipment and hay building, a covered round pen and exerciser, paddocks, turnouts, mare motels and various support buildings on this 214 acre, Simi Valley site. The design also provided for a 158’ x 65’ indoor arena with lounge and viewing room as well as an outdoor arena and viewing terrace with pergola. Further amenities The residence abuts an existing grove of trees, and lies within a site of trails and panoramic views of the valley. Three large pastures surround the barn. Barn design was based on local vernacular architecture. Construction completed in 2003.
