On this 38.5 acre site, there were multiple existing residential and equestrian structures. The design called for a 4-bay storage barn to be constructed on site, to compliment the style and materials with the surrounding buildings. Unique features of this building included drive through parking bays; the ability to house a collection of recreational vehicles; and a performance stage for the client’s children to entertain family and friends.
